Capability features
The features of HOTTIP card-plug-in hot runner temperature controller:
- Pls. use voltage 240V or 380V(50/60HZ)
- Micro computer P.I.D automatically control by pulsing automatic fine tune, to ensure temperature controlling precisely.
- Through panel switch, we can fine tune the output function of SOFT-START automatically or by hand.
- When power is turned on, micro-computer automatically adjust the power output to avoid the heaters in short circuit during instant start.
- The TC can be inversed if it is in short circuit, and the TC can detect the display function when the circuit is cut. The TC being sort can protect TRIAC from damage and choose the match function.
- Press the switch key to set the power output percentage by hand.
- The temperature can be switched to the unit in centigrade or Fahrenheit, and the range is 0-500 ℃
- The temperature can be précised by ±0.1℃(displayed as ±1℃)
- The output current/watt(15A/3600W/240V)
- The TC type: J type or K type, which can be exchanged accordingly.
- The card-plug-in design is suitable for temperature controller and hot runner system from the famous brand home and abroad.
