- The gate is a very small circle center like a point.
- Mold gate processing is simple;
- Good color-change performance at the plastic mouth with a very small insulating layer can easily change the color
- Reduce the impact and wear of the melt on the mold gate, which is conducive to mass production of the mold.
- The gate is less affected by the mold cooling, so it is more suitable for crystalline materials than the D1 structure hot nozzle.
